Welcome to the RightsCon proposal portal!

The portal allows you to manage your RightsCon experience. Once you create an account, you can submit a session proposal, apply for connectivity support, and more – all in one centralized location.

The 11th edition of RightsCon (June 6-10, 2022) will be held online and support a community-sourced program of sessions. The Call for Proposals is now open from November 10, 2021 until January 13, 2022.

Not sure where to start? Consult our Guide for a Successful Proposal for advice and instructions, and explore our website for more resources about session design.

The RightsCon proposal portal is hosted on OpenWater. We recommend that you read OpenWater’s privacy policy, and review RightsCon’s data usage policy, Code of Conduct, and participation and privacy policy.

We collect personal data, such as country and gender, to uphold our diversity, equity, and inclusion standards in the program, and understand who is a part of our community from summit to summit. We conduct analysis on aggregated data to report publicly on community insights and program trends.

We will not use your data for purposes other than those outlined here or required by law. If you have questions about our data usage policy, or if you wish to exercise your rights to information, access, erasure, rectification, or more, contact us at legal@accessnow.org.
