Welcome to the RightsCon Continues Online Summit (September 22, 2026) proposal portal!

The RightsCon Continues Summit will be a 24-hour global online event with a focused program built around the themes of resilience, solidarity, movement building, and multistakeholder action. More information can be found on our website. 

Due to production and timeline limitations, the RightsCon Continues Summit will feature a condensed version of the original program, sourced from the approved sessions originally selected for RightsCon in Zambia. 

Selected session organizers received an email in late July with instructions to follow.

The RightsCon proposal portal is hosted on OpenWater. We recommend that you read OpenWater’s privacy policy, and review RightsCon’s data usage policy, Code of Conduct, and participation and privacy policy.
We use the information provided through the portal to review session proposals, build the RightsCon program, send you updates about the summit, allocate connectivity support, and coordinate your involvement with RightsCon. We will not sell your data to anyone or share your data with an unauthorized third party.
